DeepInsight and TD Ameritrade are working together to integrate DeepInsight's newest RT Professional
trading software to TD Ameritrade. The system will have Level II streaming data, real time analysis and
fully-automated buy/sell capability. Users will have the most advanced tool to test various real time
trading strategies against individual stocks. Once a profitable Trading
Strategy is determined, the system can be setup to monitor the stock in real time and react to the market
in a matter of seconds in the way defined by the Trading Strategy. Hundreds of stocks can be monitored
simultaneously with each stock having a specific trading strategy.

| The system will be tested in-house with real money trading for 3 to 4 months before
released.

| To use the system, you need to have DeepInsight V10 RT Professional and a TD Ameritrade
account. Current DeepInsight V10 Professional users can upgrade to V10 RT Professional by paying the price differences only.
